El Salvadoran born, American photographer, Rosa was raised in the United Sates, Canada & Mexico. She is a photographer currently based in the Washington, D.C metropolitan area. She serves as an official photographer for the United States Senate.

Her early career was focused on live entomological photography for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History. Outside her professional pursuits, she's passionate for candid street photography and often dabbles in serious photojournalism.
